What attracts me to pottery is its incredible versatility and its connections to vastly different cultures across time.  I find the varying steps of pottery making both challenging and rewarding.  Continuing to produce high-fire functional ware, I remain committed to the process of raku firing, which continues to delight and inspire me with its unpredictability.
